Electrical Installations
Our core business is electrical installations and contracting. Our broadband scope of works takes us into various environments including retail fit outs, health care, office fit outs, airports, commercial and industrial units. Examples of our electrical installations include; Main distribution systems, lighting installations and cost effective controls for sustainable Eco Lighting.

Electrical Maintenance
Our clients expect their business infrastructure to give them maximum life expectancy, including electrical systems required to carry out their day to day business. Ardree Facilities Management emphasises planned electrical maintenance to restrict any downtime or disruption to our business partners, however, we do realise this is not always achievable and therefore offer reactive maintenance and emergency call out to our clients to give them the support they require.

Electrical Testing
Whether it’s a new installation, additional socket or light or a periodic inspection, every client has an obligation to make sure they are providing a safe place of work for staff or public and are required to have electrical installations up to the latest regulations. Ardree is happy to advise on periodic testing and emergency lighting testing under current ETCI regulations.
